中文摘要 | 目的:探討青少年橄欖球選手進行高強度蹲舉(squat)運動後是否可立即提升垂直跳表現。方法:招 募13名有規律阻力訓練的高中橄欖球隊的健康男性,隨機分成兩組:實驗組(post-activation potentiation^ PAP)與控制組(control, CON),兩組均經標準化熱身後,先進行反向蹲跳(counter movement jump, CMJ)量測跳躍高度當作下肢爆發力前測表現(pre),之後實驗組在深蹲架上進行5 下85°/。的一次反覆最大負荷(1 repetition maximum, 1RM)蹲舉運動;而控制組以休息1分鐘取代蹲 舉運動,運動後第4分鐘(post-4)與第8分鐘(post-8)再進行後測。二因子變異數分析考驗不同組 別及檢測時間對於垂直跳運動表現的影響,統計考驗顯著水準皆定為《 = .05。結果:兩因子間沒有 交互作用,進行主要效果比較,所有力量參數在組別間及檢測時間均沒有顯著性差異,但在跳躍高 度表現,兩組間的post-8顯著高於pre,但兩組間無差異。結論:以85%最大肌力負荷進行5次反覆 蹲舉對青少年橄欖球選手無法有效增進隨後的下肢爆發力表現。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: This purpose of this study was to examine the immediate effect of vertical jump after high-intensity squatting for adolescent rugby players. Methods: Thirteen high school and healthy rugby players with regular resistance training were recruited in the study. They were randomly separated into two groups, experience group (post-activation potentiation, PAP) and control group (CON). They all performed pre test including counter movement jump (CMJ) and 15-meter sprint after standard warm-up. The jumping height and sprint time were measured. Then, experience group did five repetitions of back squatting with an extra loading, 85% one repetition maximum. Post tests were checked after four minutes and eight minutes after squatting. Control group took two minutes rest instead of squatting exercise. A two-way analysis of variance was executed to compare the effects of high intensity back squat exercise on vertical jump performance among different test times. The significant level was set at .05. Results: There was no interaction with groups and test times. All the force curve parameters were no significant difference by main effect comparison of groups or test time. Only jump height of post-8 was significantly higher than pre-test for both groups. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study was 5 repetitions squatting exercise with 85% one repetition maximum loading could not improve lower extremity explosive performance. |
