英文摘要 | This paper analyzes the impact of students' characteristics of independent recruitment on academic performance and employment wage based on“Chinese Educational Panel Survey”(CEPS). The study shows that, controlling the scores of College Entrance Examination(Gaokao), independent recruitment has no significant effect on academic performance, while it has a significant positive effect on starting salary and salary growth. Compared to previous studies, we consider that academic performance is not an objective evaluation of the effect of independent recruitment, but employment wage, including starting salary and salary growth, can availably behave. |
