The Construction of Evaluation Index System of School Vitality： An Analysis Using Delphi Method
Vitality is an important dimension of evaluating schools' systematic healthy and connotative development. Enhancing school vitality， together with improving educational quality and promoting educational iustice， formed 3-in-one policy guidance for educational reform development. School vitality is an important aspect of educational vitality， and constructing the evaluation system is an urgent issue for current education theory and practice. This study adopted Delphi method， and experienced 4 rounds of expert consultation and constructed a preliminary evaluation system that involved 4 dmensions G. e. ， competence， autonomy， openness and identity) and 12 indexes. This provides an analytic framework for researching and evaluating school vitality.
