Reform of Competency-Oriented Teaching Method in Gynecology and Obstetrics

Clinical practice is a key link of medical education. How to cultivate doctors who can adapt to the current need for health care is a prominent issue in the reform of medical education. Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University explores a competency -oriented training mode preliminarily， featured by various teaching methods including group discussion， simulated-patient teaching， flipped class model， TBL， and reading literature. The teaching reform has proven to meet the training goals of clinical education and produce good effect， which may have some referential value for other medical schools.
