英文摘要 | 507 junior high school teachers from Guangdong were observed and tested by means of the shared mental models of teaching team(TS) questionnaire and contextual performance(CP) scale. The results showed that(1) there are distinct differences in background variables of TS, such as different sex, age, education qualification, teaching age, professional title; there are distinct differences in background variables of CP, such as different age and teaching age; (2) there are distinct correlations between TS and CP; (3) the three dimensions of TS can predict CP effectively. |
