A Study on The Key Indicators Construction of Preschool Children's Initiative Learning
Initiative Learning， as a core element and important component of learning quality of pre-school children， is an important foundation in the lifelong individual learning and development. In order to help kindergarten teachers to observe， study and support the development of initiative approaching to learning， this study constructs the key development indicators system of preschool children's initiative learning， by the description and comparison of theoretical research and empirical research. The key development indicators system includes 5 basic dimensions， 11 key development indicators and 33 development stages for key development indicators. The 5 basic dimensions are: initiative participation， initiative discovery， initiative exploration， initiative communication and initiative cooperation. The 11 key development indicators are: Adapt to Integration， Plan to Choose， Be Good at Observation， Ask questions， Dare to Try， Problem Solving， Target Persisting， Will to Contact， Interactive Expression， Conflict Resolution and Division of Labor.
