英文摘要 | Teacher collaboration is an important way to improve teachers, schools and education quality. In different cultural backgrounds, teacher collaboration presents the different characteristics. This article took 6 teachers in 2 schools in Berlin as cases for research. Data were collected through classroom observation, semi-structured interviews and documents analysis of teaching materials. By exploring the process of German teachers’ collaboration, this article draw the following conclusions: for the collaboration form, German teachers share the semi-structured platform; there are certain relationships among teachers with the diverse roles. Last, in the teaching practice, teachers' collaboration highlights the cultural direction of German, which points to the students' individual learning. |
