德国教师合作过程探析 ——基于柏林2 所学校的案例研究

The Practice and Inspiration of German Teachers’ Collaboration and Development

Teacher collaboration is an important way to improve teachers， schools and education quality. In different cultural backgrounds， teacher collaboration presents the different characteristics. This article took 6 teachers in 2 schools in Berlin as cases for research. Data were collected through classroom observation， semi-structured interviews and documents analysis of teaching materials. By exploring the process of German teachers’ collaboration， this article draw the following conclusions: for the collaboration form， German teachers share the semi-structured platform; there are certain relationships among teachers with the diverse roles. Last， in the teaching practice， teachers' collaboration highlights the cultural direction of German， which points to the students' individual learning.
