英文摘要 | In this paper, there are two perspectives. One is the implementation of the national spirit of “The 13th Five Year Plan”; another is analysis of the similarities and differences of Educational Informationization strategic plan between “The 12th Five Year Plan” and “The 13th Five Year Plan”. The paper analyzes the overall arrangement and characteristic of The 13th Five Year Plan of Educational Informationization (hereinafter referred to as The Planning”), and points out that The Planning is also a mobilization order to improve the understanding of Educational Informationization thinking, and it is a milestone to guide the integration and innovation of Educational Informationization, and it has also painted a road map to serve the overall interests of the country, which is to further build the Educational Informationization management system and service support mechanism. The core idea of The Planning is also generalized in this paper. The author believes that The Planning reflects that the Educational Informationization is developing in high speed, which is characterized by the historical stage from scattered construction to overall planning, and to advancement and evolution as a whole. The Planning is an important theoretical and practical guidance documents to improvement of education modernization supported and led by Educational Informationization. |
