英文摘要 | Employing para teachers with a low honorarium in the name of volunteers has greatly expanded educational opportunities for the vulnerable groups in India. Because of complex origins, multiple formation and lower professional level, the phenomena of para teachers are being discussed and analyzed from the aspects of teachers' professional development, vulnerable groups' educational benefits and the government's responsibility of compulsory education. It is necessary for India central government to improve para teachers' treatments, provide essential supports for para teachers' professional development, and absorb some excellent para teachers into the range of regular teachers, which is the future trend of para teachers policy in India. |
