英文摘要 | Teachers informationization leadership is an important part of school informationization leadership. Carrying out the fundamental research on the teachers informationization leadership has a vital realistic significance under the background of more and more scholars and teachers training institutions have paid attention to the principals or managers informationization leadership,while the teachers informationization leadership has not caused a wide attention. In order to provide some reference value to teachers professional development,this paper made a tentative discussion on“what is the meaning of teachers informationization leadership”though the way of concept of deconstruction on the base of the analysis of literature and reflection on the work and then made a tentative discussion on“why we should pay attention to the teachers informationization leadership”from the perspective of countries, organizations and individuals respectively. |
