英文摘要 | The primary attribute of early childhood education depends on the following three key elements the position of early childhood education in the institutionalized public education systems, whether it is free of charge, and whether it is part of compulsory education. In order to help clarifying the primary attribute of early childhood education of our country, this paper provides systematic review and in-depth analysis of the primary attribute of early childhood education in both developed and underdeveloped countries (the USA, the UK, France, Japan, Korea, and India). Based on this, the paper identifies the types of the primary attribute of early childhood education in other countries. |
