英文摘要 | This paper explores the satisfaction of MOOC study support service from the learner perspective, which has been less researched in the field. The MOOC study support service model, including five factors, is built based on related theories. Questionnaire is designed and administered. The data is processed using SPSSI7.0 and AMOS2l.0. The result shows that the study support service model has good construct validity and the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.
