英文摘要 | Since the 17th Meeting of Chinese Communist Party, a series of new concepts has been proposed in government reports and official documents in the field of continuing education and lifelong education, such as talents cultivation overpass , accreditation of learning outcomes , national qualification frameworks , credit bank system, reform of the self - taught examinations , etc. Under the background of the construct of lifelong education system, key concepts and relevant issues on the establishment of the learning outcomes accreditation system are discussed in this paper. The accreditation of learning outcomes is a main pillar for the construction talents cultivation overpass. National qualifications framework is a standard system for the accreditation, and credit bank system is an innovative mechanism in the establishment of the accreditation system. The Self - taught Examinations for Higher Education could be seen as an accreditation system with Chinese characteristics. It is critical to understand the meaning and relationship of these concepts to clarify the ideas, reduce the misunderstanding and to direct the practices in China. |
