英文摘要 | Recruiting talents and creating a good environment for personnel services is one of the most important ways for a university, especially for a research university to improve the quality of teaching research, and enhance the international competitiveness. The United States, as the most developed country in higher education, has accumulated a lot of experience in talent introduction and personal development. As representatives of American research universities,Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology,put a lot of energy in talent introduction in order to maintain the world's top level of scientific research ability. Howto reflect the rigorousness and flexibility through designing the talent introduction program,howto embody impartiality and observability by paying attention to detail provisions of talent selection process and howto realize the humanity and harmony in the construction of talent service environment become the primary striving directions of the two universities. Meanwhile, the rationality, legitimacy and efficiency of the talent recruitment procedure, the equality of opportunity in the talent selection, the sustainable development of the talent service environment are the common subjects that need to be explored in the research universities. |
