中日高水平大学比较研究——基于《泰晤士高等教育》2015年亚洲大学排行榜的再分析

A Study on High-level Universities between China and Japan： Based on Times Higher Education Asia University Rankings 2015

Based on the data provided by Times Higher Education Asia University Rankings 2015，it is concluded that the academic levels of high- level universities in China have almost no differences from those in Japan. The formation of various features of universities in the two countries is in accordance with their adoption of separate policies by the central government. It is necessary for China central government to hold on to its former financial policies and make some responsive policy transformation， in order to succeed continuously in operation of high- level universities in the future.
