中文摘要 | 属人的自然权利,作为依德性立场展开的德育制度设计的限度,不仅是自然的应当,更是现实的要求,即德育制度设计目标的功利本性、德育制度设计主体的有限性征,都根本上要求德育制度设计坚守此一限度。而在实践层面,设计目标的单维取向使其本有的功利本性具有了合法性,设计主体的理性自负则使其本有的有限特质获得了现实性。为超越此一困境,依德性立场展开的德育制度设计须从目标、主体两方面入手予以具体改进。 |
英文摘要 | Natural rights of human being is the limit of moral education system design on the basis of virtue position. Such rights are not only natural, but also the realistic requirement. That is,the utilitarian nature of moral education system design goals and the limitation of the moral education system designers require moral education system adhere to this limit . In the education practice,the single orientation of de- sign goals make its utilitarian nature legitimate, and the rational ego of the designers makes its original limit get realistic . To step out of this dilemma,moral education system designed on the basis of virtue position should start the reform from the goals and the designers. |
