中文摘要 | 学习评价是教师培训评价的一个重要部分,为判断培训项目的最终成效、改进项目设计提供了重要依据。然而,对X省2015年“国培计划”教师远程培训项目中五个教师培训机构的学习评价设计方案进行深入分析后发现,存在着过分倚重可自动量化项目、缺少对教师培训收获的针对性设计等多方面问题。针对这些问题,该文分析了教师远程培训中学习评价的内涵与意义,指出教师远程培训中的学习评价应当包含促进新知与技能的掌握与应用、支持实现有意义的学习、改进培训活动设计等方面。以实现上述意义为宗旨,本文从“评价什么”和“如何评价”两个构面分解了评价内容、评价任务、评价工具以及评价策略四个要素,并结合了实践案例阐释了学习评价设计的优化策略。 |
英文摘要 | Learning Assessment is a very important part of teacher training evaluation which provides a vital evidence for judging the effect of training program and improving design. However, after making a carefully analysis for the plans of learning assessment of X province’s “National Training Plan” designed by five teacher training institutes, there are some problems in the learning assessment design of current in-service teacher training, such as depending too heavily on some measurable items, lacking of designing aiming at what they have gotten from training etc. Focusing on these issues, the paper firstly discusses the connotation and meaning of learning assessment, then explains how to improve learning assessment by refining four key assessment items combined with true examples: assessment content, assessment tasks, assessment tools, and assessment strategies. |
