Using AHP to Explore the Sources of Job Stress of the Teachers Who Hold a Chief of General Affairs at once in New Taipei Municipal Public Elementary and Junior High Schools
本研究以新北市104學年度公立國民中小學教師兼總務主任為研究對象， 透過層級分析法問卷進行資料蒐集有效樣本24份，以Expert Choice 11.5進行資 料分析。研究結果如下：1. 國民中小學教師兼總務主任工作壓力來源歸納為 二個層級，第一層級因素間之相對權重分配依序為：工作特性因素、組織內因 素、個人因素及外在環境因素。2. 第二層級因素間之相對權重分配依序為： 專業知能、組織內人際關係、上級壓力、工作負荷、時間管理、行政支持、經 費籌措與執行、法規和查核、工作計畫與推展、決策參與、家庭因素、人格特 質、角色壓力、訴訟、學校規模、課程教學、內在衝突、外在環境人際關係。 3.專業知能的工作壓力主要是身為單位主管的總務主任，必須在專業知識、常 識及技能上要有一定程度的了解，總務工作凡事要求依法行政，不熟悉的領 域加上經驗不足而產生極大壓力。組織內人際關係的壓力因素主要是來自於 和學校同仁在工作上的互動狀況，上級壓力因素主要是來自於校長的領導方 式。
This study took teachers who hold a chief of general affairs at once of 104th academic year in New Taipei municipal public elementary and junior high schools as participants. This study collected total 24 valid questionnaires， and analyzed them with Expert Choice 11.5 package software. The study results are as following: 1. The sources of job stress of teachers who hold a chief of general affairs at once could be reduced to two hierarchies. The factors of related weight in the 1st hierarchy， according to the order are: factor of job specialty， factors inside the organization， personal factors and outside environment. 2. The factors of related weight in the 2nd hierarchy， according to the order are: professional knowledge， relationship within the organization， pressure from superiors， work loading， time management， administrative support， fund raising and execution， laws and verification， work plans and promotion， participation in decision making， family factors， characters， role pressure， legal proceedings， school size， class teaching， inner conflicts and outside environmental relationship. 3. The job stress of professional knowledge is mainly because of those teachers who also are chief of general affairs， they need to have professional knowledge， common sense and professional skills in the same time. They leaded the general affairs， and every decision they made， they must obey the laws. They work in a strange territory with inadequate experience， thus they are under great pressure. And the source of job stress of teachers who hold a chief of general affairs at once， in the part of relationship within the organization， which is mainly from interaction with colleagues. And the source of job stress of teachers who hold a chief of general affairs at once， in the part of pressure from superiors， which is mainly due to the principal’s leadership style.
