英文摘要 | In Britain all the qualified teachers must accept initial teacher education before they become a new teacher. The routes include getting the Bachelor of Education Degree by three or four yearsf undergraduate curricula; or getting the first degree of concerned subjects plus one year's Postgraduate Certificate in Education training. Since 1980s the British government has issued a series of documents and reports, in order to establish the system of national unified initial teacher training. The policies of British initial teacher training are penetrated by some unique ideas, such as pursuing the excellent mentoring, cultivating the consciousness of children protection, understanding the race and diversity, preparing for the special educational needs, developing the new relations of cooperation, etc* The above policy ideas have laid the foundation for high qualified teachers. |
