中文摘要 | 薪酬满意度是个体对其薪酬的总体性评价感受。在理论分析的基础上,提出了教师薪酬满意度的内 涵和结构,利用分层抽样,基于对北京、山西、甘肃45所中学的1 218名教师的问卷调查,采用协方差结构模型分析 了薪酬满意度与教师绩效之间的关系。结果显示:教师薪酬管理过程满意度正向影响教师薪酬结果满意度,教师 薪酬管理过程满意度正向影响教师绩效;组织支持感在薪酬满意和教师绩效中起中介作用。 |
英文摘要 | Pay satisfaction can be defined as the amount of overall positive or negative affect (or feelings) that individuals have toward their pay. Based on the theoretical analysis,we proposed the connotation and structure of teacher pay satisfaction. Then we used stratilied sampling method and surveyed 1218 teachers from 45 secondary schools in Beijing, Shanxi and Gansu,and analyzed the relationship between pay satisfaction and teacher performance using covariance structure model. The results show that teacher pay management process satisfaction had a positive impact on teacher pay satisfaction results satisfaction; teacher pay management process satisfaction had a positive impact on teacher performance; and organized organizational support played an intermediary role between pay satisfaction and teacher performance . |
