中文摘要 | 通过对全国276位校长的调查分析,综合运用文献法、调查法、德尔菲法和层次分析法,探究教育督导 对义务教育公平与义务教育发展的绩效情况。结果发现:中国义务教育督导的公平指数为1.8436,发展指数为 1.8800,义务教育督导绩效接近优秀水平;不同地域区位、不同城乡区位、不同类型、不同级别义务教育学校督导绩 效有所差异;督导事项、督导方式、督导程序、督导反响与义务教育督导绩效存在着稳定的路径作用关系,其中,督 导反响的影响最大。因此,要不断完善中国义务教育督导制度,推动义务教育督导独立化、专业化和服务化,不断 提高督导绩效,促进义务教育公平,推动中国义务教育事业科学发展。 |
英文摘要 | Based on national survey of 276 school principals, using a combination of documents, investigations, Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process, explore the performance of educational supervi- sion for compulsory education's equity and development. The research showed that: Equity index of China’s compulsory education supervision s 1. 8436, and development index s 1. 8800, the performance of compulsory educational supervision close to excellent level. The schools in different regions, urban and rural areas ,different types, different levels have different educational supervision performance. There s a stable path interaction between the performance of compulsory education supervision and the supervision's maters, modes, procedure and response, in which the response of supervision have the greatest impact. Therefore, China should continue to improve the compulsory education ?s supervision system to promote compulsory supervision independent , professional and service-oriented , and constantly improve the performance of supervision , to promote the equity of compulsory education, and promote the scientific devel- opment of education. |
