New Trends of American Education Reform

近来美国在各个教育阶段出台了一些新的教育项目，包括早期学习挑战项目（学 前教育）、中小学心理咨询资助项目（基础教育）、一代原著人项目与原著青年社区项目（原著 青年教育）、特许学校项目（特许学校）和世界一流项目（高等教育）等。从这些新项目中可 以看出美国教育改革具有进一步加大教育投入、扩大教育投入的领域、增加受益学生的种类 和数量、加大对弱势群体的关注、追求优质教育质量等发展趋势。

The United States has always attached great importance to the development of education， and has been continuously reforming education. Recently， the United States launched several new education projects: Early Learning Challenge program， Elementary and Secondary School Counseling grant program， Generation Indigenous uGen T' program and Native Youth Community Projects， Charter Schools program and First in the World program. From these new programs， it can be seen the features of the American education reform: to further increase investment in education; to expand the areas of investment in education; to increase the type and quantity of benefited students; to pay more attention to disadvantaged groups; to pursue high quality education.
