英文摘要 | Cato Institute is a public policy institute in the United States, and also a think-tank which is committed to individual liberty, limited government, free markets and the principle of peace. In the University of Pennsylvania’s《2013 Global Go To Think Tanks Report》on top think-tank ranking of education policy, the Cato Institute ranked the second, and in 2014 the fourth. In the Think Tank Performance Index of the Center for Global Development in US, it is ranked the first. The ranking is determined by performance indicators, such as: media influence, academic references, Internet use and so on. Scholars of the Cato Institute conduct independent, nonpartisan and extensive studies on policy issues. Through literature and interview method and other ways, our special correspondent gives his description of the general running of the Think Tank and the research focus on several issues, in order to help the construction and development of an education think-tank in China. |
