职前教师教育中微格课例研究模型的构建与实践

The Construction and Practice of Microteaching Lesson Study Model for Pre-service Teacher Education

微格课例研究融合了微格教学和课例研究的特点，适用于职前教师教育的微格教学或条件性知识课程，有望提高师范生的教学能力和教学实践反思性研究能力，促进理论与实践整合。该文结合免费师范课程的实际情况，设计了微格课例研究的过程模型，并开展行动研究对模型进行了验证。研究发现，该策略具有较高可行性、有效性和适应性，能够促进师范生的交流与合作，提高师范生的教学反思能力和学科知识掌握程度。

Microteaching Lesson Study (MLS)， which combines the features of Microteaching and Lesson Study， is suitable for the micro-teaching courses or conditional knowledge courses in pre-service teacher education program. It is expected to improve pre-service teachers' teaching skills and ability of reflective teaching. We designed a process model of MLS based on the actual situation of free pre-service teachers’ curriculum， and carried out an action research project to verify the feasibility， effectiveness and adaptability of the model. The study found that the model had high feasibility， effectiveness and adaptability， could promote the communication and cooperation among pre-service teachers， and improved pre-service teachers’ ability of teaching reflection and the extent of mastering subject knowledge.
