英文摘要 | Microteaching Lesson Study (MLS), which combines the features of Microteaching and Lesson Study, is suitable for the micro-teaching courses or conditional knowledge courses in pre-service teacher education program. It is expected to improve pre-service teachers' teaching skills and ability of reflective teaching. We designed a process model of MLS based on the actual situation of free pre-service teachers’ curriculum, and carried out an action research project to verify the feasibility, effectiveness and adaptability of the model. The study found that the model had high feasibility, effectiveness and adaptability, could promote the communication and cooperation among pre-service teachers, and improved pre-service teachers’ ability of teaching reflection and the extent of mastering subject knowledge. |
