在“一带一路”战略中，教育交流是民心工程，是构建国家间良好关系的基础性工 作。中国同沿线国家的友好交往史、系列政府法规的签订、合作机制的推陈出新、合作载体的有 序运行，为教育交流与合作奠定了坚实基础。然而，复杂的国际政治经济环境、民族宗教问题的 干扰、教育体制的差异等因素，又使得我国在“一带一路”沿线开展教育交流与合作面临困境。 中央、地方、高校及民间企业等参与主体需相互配合，形成合力，协力应对多方挑战，推动教育 交流与合作向纵深发展。

Education communication is popular project and future project ? the basic work is to build a good relationship between nations in the Strategy of the Belt and Road. Because of the long history of friendly exchanges between China and along with other countries signing a series of government regulations ? the cooperation mechanism of innovation ? orderly operation of the carrier， we have laid a solid foundation for education exchanges and cooperation. However， there are some difficulties， such as the complicated international political and economic environment， cultural differences and the interference of religion infiltration， as well as differences in education system between countries. Central and local governments， universities and private enterprises should form mutual cooperation to deal with many challenges together.
