开放式大学创業生態系統的发展路径与关键要素——美新两国典型案例比较研究

The Developmental Pathways and Key Elements of University-based Entrepreneurship Ecosystems ： An Comparison between Two Typical Cases in US and Singapore

美国得州大学奥斯汀分校和新加坡国立大学是开放式大学创业生态系统的典型代表，二者在发展路径、构成要素等方面存在异同点。本文通过这两个典型案例的对比分析，提炼出构建开放式大学创业生态系统的七个关键要素。中国研究型大学和地方工科大学可借鉴这 两所高校的经验，抓住关键要素，因地制宜，突破自然资源和现有条件的束縛，鼓励私营部门参 与，创造性地实施各种创业项目，尽快逾越大，学创业生态系统的临界点。

University-based entrepreneurial ecosystems (U-BEEs)at the University of Texas at Austin(UT Austin )and National University of Singapore (NUS)are two models which have differences and similarities in developmental pathways and elements. We extract seven key success factors by a comparison between the two typical cases. Chinars research universities and local universities of engineering should leam from the experience of the two universities ： seizing the key success factors and adjusting measures to local conditions， to break through the bottleneck of natural resources and existing condition， going beyond the critical point of U-BEEs as soon as possible by encouraging private sectors1 participation and creatively carrying out various business programs.
