Building the Global Knowledge Enterprise ： The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Strategy of National University of Singapore and the Inspiration

自2001年新加坡国立大学开始构建全球化知识企业向创业型大学转型以来，通过 组织机构的整合，并以创业中心、企业孵化中心、产业联盟办公室以及海外学院等部门为载体 推行多样化创新创业举措，在专业技术授权、大学衍生公司、校企合作和吸引世界优秀人才等 领域取得显著成效，新加坡国立大学的创新创业举措对我国高校在创新驱动发展战略背景下 如何营造自由、宽容的学术环境，建设专业化创业队伍以及跨国界协同培养学生等有启示。

The National University of Singapore started to construct global knowledge enterprise since 2001， aiming at transforming into entrepreneurship university. Through integration of organizations and institutions， the university implemented various innovation and entrepreneurship strategies through entrepreneurship center， enterprise incubation center， industry liaison office and overseas colleges. This has made obvious progress in professional techniques granting， university spin-offs， industry—university collaboration and recruiting world-class talents* The innovation and entrepreneurship strategies of the National University of Singapore provide us enlightenments that we can create free and tolerant academic environment， build professional teams of innovation and entrepreneurship and co-foster students multinationally in our colleges and universities in the context of innovation-driven development strategy.
