中文摘要 | 创客运动在我国如火如荼展开,推动着国家的创新发展。具备创新和实践能力的大学生是创新创业的重要力量。高校要培养创客人才,必须要引进和培养创客型师资。该文首先分析了创客型师资及其特点,然后采用问卷调查法,调查了高校创客型师资的现状,以此为基础分析了影响高校创客型师资发展的因素,进而有针对性地提出了高校创客型师资培养的策略,从专业教师横向合作激发创意、建立教师创客空间提高创造能力、与企业合作发展实践能力、构建适合的管理制度及发展“双师型”教师等方面给出了具体的建议。 |
英文摘要 | The booming maker movement is playing an important role in promoting the innovation development in China. The center of maker movement is the students with innovation and practical abilities in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should introduce and cultivate more maker teachers to help these students. The article first analyzed what was maker teachers and its characteristics. Then we investigated the current situation of maker teachers in colleges and universities with questionnaire surveys. Based on these results, we analyzed the factors that affected the development of maker teachers, and put forward our cultivation strategy. Suggestions were given on professional teachers’ horizontal cooperation, setting up teachers’ maker space, cooperation with enterprises, construction right managing system and development of double-professionally-titled teachers. |
