中文摘要 | 培养卓越中学信息技术教师,对普及中学信息技术教育、培养学生信息素养能力、深化信息技术课程教学改革、加快学校教育信息化进程、提升教师信息技术应用能力、促进信息技术与学科课程教学深度融合具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。依据人才培养模式相关理论和卓越教师培养目标,该文系统分析和科学构建了卓越中学信息技术教师由文化知识、条件性知识、本体性知识和实践性知识组成的知识结构模型,由教学基础能力、教学专业能力、教学发展能力、教学创造能力和教学服务能力组成的能力结构模型,以及由教师知识、教师能力、身心素质、个人品质和专业情意组成的素质结构模型。结合现阶段我国中学信息技术教师培养存在的薄弱环节和深层次问题,基于教育技术学专业从完善人才选拔机制、强化人才培养目标、创新人才培养机制、优化师资队伍结构、创新人才培养过程、优化课程体系结构、改革课程组织形式、改进教学手段方法和创新质量评价机制九个方面开展全方位的具体培养工作,力求构建一套科学可行且操作有效的卓越中学信息技术教师培养模式,为培养信念坚定、基础扎实、能力突出,能够主动适应中学信息技术课程教学改革和示范引领学校教育信息化发展的高素质专业化卓越中学信息技术教师提供理论借鉴和实践指导。 |
英文摘要 | It is of important theoretical significance and realistic value for popularizing IT education in middle schools, cultivating students’ capability of information technology, deepening educational revolution of IT courses, accelerating the informatization progress of school education, promoting teachers’ capabilities of IT application and improving the deep integration of IT and discipline course teaching to cultivate outstanding middle-school IT teachers. According to talent cultivation mode and cultivation goals of outstanding teachers, this paper has extended systematic analysis and scientific construction on the structural models of middle-school IT teachers’ knowledge, capabilities and qualities. The knowledge structural model is made up of cultural knowledge, conditional knowledge, subject-involved knowledge and practical knowledge. The capability structural model consists of basic teaching ability, professional teaching ability, teaching development ability, creative teaching ability and teaching service ability. As for the quality structural model, it is made up of teachers’ knowledge, capability, physical and psychological quality, personal qualities as well as professional emotions. In terms of weak sections and deep problems during current cultivation of middle-school IT teachers, the paper aims to carry out specific cultivation work from the following nine aspects based on educational technology major. They are perfect of talent selection mechanism, enhancement of talent cultivation goals, innovation of talent cultivation scheme, optimization of staff structure, creation of talent cultivation process, optimization of curriculum system, revolution of curriculum organization, improvement of teaching means and methods as well as innovation of quality evaluation mechanism. By this way, a set of scientific and effect cultivation modes can be established for the cultivation of outstanding middle-school IT teachers with feasible operation so as to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for the development of outstanding middle-school IT teachers of high quality, firm belief, solid knowledge basis and outstanding capabilities who can actively adapt themselves to middle-school IT curriculum teaching revolution. Thus, they can demonstrate and lead the informatization development of school education. |
