中文摘要 | 远程研究生教育是美国远程教育体系的高端部分,在优化美国人力资源配置、帮助在职成人职业生涯发展方面发挥了重要作用。我国高校目前尚未开展远程研究生教育,但是随着我国远程教育逐渐从“补偿教育冶向“终身教育冶迈进,开展远程研究生教育是未来必然的选择。本文通过对美国伊利诺伊大学教育学院人力资源开发专业远程研究生教育的分析发现,美国远程研究生教育与我国远程教育在责任主体、质量保障、学习者、招生四个方面存在显著差异。文章基于我国现有远程教育基础,提出了发展我国远程研究生教育的政策建议:以“终身教育冶定位补充“补偿教育冶定位;建立以院系为责任主体的远程研究生教育与以网络教育学院为责任主体的远程本科教育管理框架;建立独立的质量保障体系;以专业硕士为试点开展远程研究生教育。 |
英文摘要 | Distance graduate education is the high-end of American distance education, which now plays an important role in optimizing the allocation of human resources and helping adults in their own career development. Universities have not yet carried out distance graduate education in China. With the idea of distance education changing from compensatory education to lifelong education gradually, distance graduate education is bound to be the choice in China in the future. Studying from the distance graduate education program of human resource development in the University of Illinois, this paper found that there are four major differences between American distance graduate education and distance education in China, including the differences in main liability, quality assurances, learners, and enrollment behaviors. Lastly, this paper made four policy suggestions for the development of distance graduate education in China, including orientating from compensatory education to lifelong education, taking colleges as the main body of responsibilities, establishing independent quality assurance systems, and carrying out distance graduate education with professional master programs as the pilots. |
