英文摘要 | Under the rural-urban dual system,the gap between rural and urban education is huge. During the modernization process, rural education has not been strengthened, but instead largely squeezed and shrunken.As a qualitative research of Hongfeng Junior High School in Sichuan Province? this paper investigates the everyday practice of the school and the increasing number of “poor students”,so as to analyze the inherent problems of rural education. It reveals that rural students are disciplined and corrected based on the value judgment that they are problematic. During the process, “poor students” are constantly produced. This reflects the penetration of and control by modernity in rural education. |
