英文摘要 | Minority bilingual education is an important means to protect minority languages and culture ^ promote national communication, and preserve national unity and stability. This paper researches the minority bilingual education polices since the founding of PRC, and builds a two-dimensional analysis framework based on education policy tools and education elements. By collecting, sorting,coding and quantitatively analyzing the policy literature of minority bilingual education, this paper examines the development of China's minority bilingual education polices? with an emphasis on the phase characteristics f effects^ and shortcomings of education policy tools in promoting minority bilingual education. Finally, policy recommendations are made for optimizing the combination of policy tools and improving minority bilingual education. |
