中文摘要 | 近年来国家和社会对中学心理健康教育工作越来越重视,而心理健康教师在推动其发展上起着举足 轻重的作用,因此对该群体的胜任力特征进行深人探讨,可以从根本上推动我国心理健康教育事业的发展。中学 心理教师存在两个群体,即经验型教师和新手型教师,由于这两类群体有其自身的特殊性,因此其胜任力要求也会 受到影响。基于这种差异,通过半结构化访谈的方法,从北京市选取专职的中学心理教师进行访谈,其中10名教 龄在5年以上的经验型教师和10名教龄在3年以下的新手型教师。在充分了解经验型教师与新手型教师的不同 职业现状的基础上,探讨经验型教师与新手型教师各自应该具备的核心胜任力。通过N-vivo软件对访谈数据进行 编码分析,最终提取出中学心理教师的核心胜任力模型,包括四个维度:基本技能、工作态度、自我发展、个人品质, 但在具体胜任力特征上经验型教师和新手型教师之间存在一定的差异。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years,our country and society pay more and more attention to the middle school mental health education,and the mental health teachers plays an important role in it. Therefore,to have an in-depth discussion of thecompetency model of them, can fundamentally promote the development of mental health education in our country . There are two categories of middle schoolmental health teachers, namely the experiential teachers and novice teachers. Based on the differences between the groups, this study interviewed 20 full-time middle school mental health teachers in Beijing, including 10 experiential teachers who had worked as a mental health teacher for more than tive years and 10 novice teachers whose teaching years were less than three years. Through data analysis by N-vivo software,the core competency model of middle school mental health teachers in middle schools was constructed, including four dimensions: basic skills,working attitude, self-development, personal qualities,but there existed some differences in specitic competency features between experiential teachers and novice teachers. |
