中文摘要 | 北京市集团化办学存在多种有效的实践模式,不同实践模式的工作任务和支持系统略有差异。如何 从实践层面推动基础教育公立学校教育集团的发展?可以分为两个层面来论述,一是教育集团建设的场域层面, 二是教育集团自身。教育集团的“场域”问题是研究教育集团建设的重要焦点,涉及到的主要行动者包括学校、教 育行政部门、专业机构、家长群体。教育行政部门是教育集团外部合法性的赋予者,专业机构是教育集团专业能力 提升的支持者,学校是教育集团建设的有机主体,家长是教育集团建设的需求者与合作者。而在教育集团自身发 展层面,要注意制度安排的“名实合一”,文化建设的“和而不同”以及集团公共目标的“价值共识”。 |
英文摘要 | There are many effective models of group running school in Beijing. Different models have different tasks and support systems. How to facilitate the development of public school educational groups in basic education at the practice level? This could be explained in two aspects: field of educational groups and educational groups themselves. The issue of ^tield” is important focus in research into building educa- tional groups; it involves schools, departments of education administration, professional organizations and parents. Departments of education administration gives external legitimacy to educational groups; profes- sional organizations support the development of professional capacity of educational groups; schools are organic subjects in building educational groups; and parents are those who have needs and cooperate in build- ing educational groups. From the aspect of development of educational groups themselves,we should pay attention to institutional arrangement of integrating fame and reality, cultural construction of being compatible but different,and public goals of building common values. |
