英文摘要 | In order to achieve the goal that at least 40% of young people in the EU should have a universitylevel qualification by 2020, the High Level Group on the Modernization of Higher Education in Europe has put forward 12 recommendations to member countries and institutions based on the survey regarding four key aspects of quality teaching, including well-funded and support, integrating quality teaching into strategy, taking account of teaching performance in faculty hiring and promotion, recognizing and rewarding teaching, professional and pedagogical education and training for faculty, attaching importance to student feedback, co -operation in developing curricula, learning outcomes assessment, promoting cross-, trans- and interdisciplinary approaches, exploiting the opportunities presented by technology, and adopting internationalization strategies, etc. |
