The Development and Enlightenments of “Integration of kindergarten with nursery education” in Japan
In recent years，the “integration of kindergarten with nursery education” policy becomes one of the key reform measures carried out in preschool education of Japan. This policy aims to integrate government agencies with child care service providers， teacher training with promotion， equipment standards with facilities and education services with child-care services. Furthermore， this policy focuses on the relevant legislative and financial support to realize the integration of the two systems and organizations of kindergarten and nursery education. The “integration of kindergarten with nursery education” policy implemented in Japan sheds lights on the integration of preschool education in China，including the establishment of integrated management system of preschool education， developing the integrated curriculum standards of nursery and child-care education. The implication brought by this policy will also urge Chinese to pay attention to the faculty development in both education and nursery and establish the supportive system to contribute to the integration of kindergarten and nursery education.
