中文摘要 | 本研究对河南省郑州、洛阳、许昌三所城市的3714 名进城务工人员随迁子女进行了学生学业 成就调查,然后采用多层线性模型分析的方法,探索了学生个体、家庭、学校不同层面因素对进城务工人员 随迁子女学业成就产生的影响。研究结果显示:民工子弟学校与公立学校在学生学业成就方面存在显著的差 异,其中有6.13% 的学业成就差异来源于校际之间;在公立学校内部,进城务工人员随迁子女与本地户籍学 生的学业成就存在明显的组内差异;同伴关系、父母教育期望以及学生自我期望对学生学业成就均有显著的 正向影响,转学流动频率、上学路上花费时间对学生学业成就则有显著的负向影响;教师工资水平对学生学 业成就有显著的正向影响,但是教师培训次数对学生学业成就产生负向影响。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigate the student's academic performance of 3800 children of migrant workers form Henan province Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Xuchang city, and then adopt the method of Hierarchical Linear Modeling(HLM), explores the impact of different level factors of the individuals, families and schools for children's academic achievement of migrant workers. The results showed that: the migrant children schools and public schools there were significant differences in students' academic achievement, the academic achievement differences are 6.13% between schools; From inside the public schools, the academic achievement exist obvious differences in the group between the children of migrant workers and local children; Peer relations, parents' education expectation and expectation by themselves have a significantly positive influence on students' academic achievement, frequency of transfering and flowing, the way to school time on students' academic achievement is a significant negative impact; The level of teachers' wages have significant positive influence on students' academic achievement, but the training number of teachers have negative influence on students' academic achievement. |
