國中校長 教師溝通問題之研究

A Study of the Principal Teacher Communication Problems in the Junior High School

學校行政的目的,在提供良好的學習環境,以增進學習的效果。因此,學校行政率率之提高遂成為學者不斷從事研究的主題。就傳統的行政理論言,欲提高行政的效率,必須根據科學管理的原則與方法;一切行政措施均宜講求系統化、計畫化、協調化、效率化及標準化。此種理論?組織之效能,但容易忽略人與人的關係、漠視個人的價值與人性的尊嚴。至於人際關係的理論,則主張提高行政效率的首要途徑,即在建立組織成員的合作意識。及至近代,行政理論採取社會科學的原理,認為行政效率之提高,不但應重視組織的目標,同時要顧及組織成員的個人目的。本研究的目的即在:(一)分析溝通的主要概念及增進溝通效果的原則;(二)並了解國中校長,教師之間以及教師彼此間溝通的實際狀況,藉以發現可能存在的問題;(三)最後再綜合上述結果,提出可行建議,做為提高國中行政效率有關措施的參考。

The main purpose of this study was to analyze the basic concepts and the effective principles of communication, and to investigate the problems in principalteacher communication of junior high schools fro strengthening their administrative functions in this country.
Both a theoretical analysis and an investigative method were undertaken. Procedure of theoretical analysis was as follows:(1)to reveal the nature, characteristics and functions of communication in school administration;(2)to find out the factors influencing the effectiveness of communication;(3)to indicate effective principles or organizational communication, that is(a)understanding the objects of the organization, (b)using onesided and twosided communication, (c)taking oral and written communications, (d)analyzing, (e)taking twoway communication, (f)being mutual trust,(g)emphasizing message structure, (h)using informal organization.
To further study the status quo of the present principalteacher communication of junior high school, the author designed an Investigative Questionnaire of Administrative Communication of the Junior High School
