中文摘要 | 教师培训是教师教育的中坚环节,教师培训质量事关卓越教师的最后形成,开展中小学教师培训内容形式改革是国外教师教育改革的重要构成。当代国外教师培训发展导源于“教师培训”概念内涵的变动,波及教师培训目的的定位,最终导致教师培训内容与形式的定型。在当代视野中,国外教师培训在内涵上更加强调实战性的一面,具体、实际、实用是其根本内含;在培训目的上强调发展教师的六种素养,服务教师专业发展是其内核;在培训内容与形式上强调客制化取向,努力开发出量体裁衣式的教师培训项目与活动。 |
英文摘要 | Teacher training constitutes the significant link in teacher education, and teacher training quality determines the cultivation of excellent teachers. Consequently it is the important constitute to carry out teacher training reform in terms of content and form. Contemporary foreign teacher training starts from conceptual change of teacher training, then involving the reorientation of teacher training and leading to formation of teacher training’s content and form. In contemporary perspective, foreign teacher training is given more emphasis on its practical features in the term of concept whose fundamental characteristics are concreteness, reality and utility. In the term of teacher training purposes foreign teacher educators emphasizes six teacher qualities whose core is to serve teacher’s professional development. In the term of content and form foreign teacher educators hold the customization orientation and advocate the tailoring of teacher training programs and activities. |
