中文摘要 | 非正式学习不能简单地认为是教师学习的一种补充性学习或辅助性学习,其形态已在教师学习谱系中占有越来越重要的位置。该文在基于网络的教师非正式学习的特征与重要性分析基础上,以统计分析法与社会网络分析法为主要研究方法,对教师非正式学习效果进行分析,研究结果表明,教师群体在非正式学习过程中倾向运用水平认知思维模式,讨论主题较为丰富,但易产生次级群体,使群体之间信息传递的互惠程度并不高。该结论以及相关建议将为教师认识非正式学习的重要性以及促进教师专业发展提供一些启示。 |
英文摘要 | Informal learning cannot be simply considered as supplementary learning or assisted learning for teacher, because it has been occupied an important position in the learning pedigree. In the study, we should study the effect of teacher informal learning by the statistical analysis method and social network analysis method based on analysis of characteristics and importance of teacher informal learning under web environment. The study results show that teacher tend to use level mode of cognitive thinking and talk about kinds of theme in process of informal learning, but the learning group could to divide subgroup. The discussion efficiency is very poor. So, the conclusions and recommendations of study will provide some ideas to understand the importance of informal learning and promote teacher professional development. |
