信息技术视野下国际交流与合作项目整合及优化研究

Integration and Optimization of International Exchanges and Cooperation Projects from the Perspective of Information Technology

作为我国高等教育国际化发展战略的一种全新办学模式，国际交流与合作项目正倍受国内外学术界的高度关注与青睐。该文以我国教育信息化改革和高等教育国际化为切入口，通过对国际交流与合作项目开展的优势及必要性、现存问题与矛盾的探讨，对该项目教学实践进行了系统性总结，提出了该项目在信息技术视野下全新立体化教学模式的构建、整合及优化，以期为国际交流与合作项目的可持续发展提供借鉴。

As a novel model of international development strategy in higher education， International Exchanges and Cooperation Projects (IECP) is causing the attention and the favor of academe at home and abroad. The study takes Chinese education informatization reform and higher education internationalization as the entry point， elaborates advantages， necessity， existing problems and contradictions of IECP， and summarizes teaching and classroom practices of IECP systematically. Furthermore， it also presents， integrates and optimizes a new type of three-dimensional teaching mode from the perspective of information technology， aiming to offer reference for the sustainable development of IECP.
