英文摘要 | South Africa has been committed itself to participate in Education for All movement in recent year. However,there are still some factors such as gender inequality,skill shortage, and the gap between girls and boys in skill education holding back South Africa’s economic and social development. Facing these challenges, South Africa implemented the Techno Girl Programme for girls from grade 9 to grade 12. This programme has achieved a lot because of clear goals, targets and specific measures, which offers us some enlightenment from various aspects such as the necessities,possibilities and operation ways of improving Chinese girls ’ skills. |
