泰国高校的国际学生流动在泰国经济危机、东南亚区域一体化及国际组织等不同因素的影响下异常活跃。在面对全球化的挑战时，泰国高校主要通过国际教育组织主导的学生交流项目、国家间的援助计划及创建国际化高校等路径来实现国际学生的流动。但是，当前泰国高校国际学生也出现了来源地过于集中、国际学生偏重选择泰国的人文学科等问题。尽管如此，其规模及活跃度已经走在了东南亚地区的前列。

Due to the domestic economic crisis，the rapid development of regional integration and the help of international organization，as well as Thailand begins to take some positive measures to promote international students mobility in order to face the challenge of globalization. These measures are international organization’s student mobility programs，student exchange supporting protocols between countries and international universities. However，at present international student mobility in Thailand still face some problems. For example，international students in Thailand merely come from some limited nations. Also，the fields of their study are largely related to Thai language and culture. Despite these problems，against the background of globalization，Thailand has already taken the leading role of other nations in the whole region of Southeast Asia in terms of international student mobility.
