社会转型与越南大学职能的历史演变———以河内国家大学为例

The Social Transformation and the Historical Evolution of Colleges in Vietnam ———A Case Study of Vietnam National University%2C Hanoi

越南大学的职能，历经法属殖民地、民主共和国、社会主义共和国三个阶段，依次产生了培养人才、科学研究、社会服务三大职能。本文选取大学的社会定位、大学使命、教师社会角色三个角度分析大学职能的演变过程，认为越南大学的职能变迁体现出因应需求、动态发展、法苏影响、反映利益诉求等特征。

Colleges in Vietnam have gone through 3 critical development stages: period of French colonial Vietnam，Democratic Republic of Vietnam and Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Thus，three functions such as cultivating talents，scientific researches and social services emerged as the times require. Having analyzed the evolutions of college orientation，college mission and social role of faculty， this paper concludes that colleges in Vietnam meet the dynamic requirements of the times，reflect the interests of different parties，and are profoundly influenced by France and the Soviet Union.
