英文摘要 | Competitive grants are wildly used in Obama government's education policy initiatives. In order to transform America’s Career and Technical Education system, Obama government proposes the blueprint of reauthorization of the Perkins Act. The main purpose of this reauthorization is to develop competitive grants institution in Career and Technical Education. To help accomplish this transformation, this blueprint sets forth the elements of a rigorous, relevant Career and Technical Education programs system. Our nation’s career education system can benefit from its experience. |
