英文摘要 | Education of persons with disabilities in India germinated quite early but developed slowly. After independence, various laws and regulations have been formulated in India to guarantee the equal rights of education of persons with disabilities and to give preferential treatments to disabled students. Through the efforts of all walks of life, education of persons with disabilities in India has made some achievements. But being restricted by many unfavorable factors,education of persons with disabilities in India has not shaken off backwardness,and there are still a lot of difficulties in front of it. |
