英文摘要 | Abstract:Since the 1980s,a neo-liberalism teacher education reform aiming at promoting teachers' professionalism has been implemented in Japan in the context of rapid changes of social structures,profound changes among students,severe shaking of public trust on teacher and teacher education and change in the relationship between supply and demand of school teachers. In order for Japanese teacher education reform to make more progress,the subjectivity and autonomy of school teachers and teacher education institutions(including teacher educators) should be highly respected. |
