变动时代的日本教师教育改革：背景、目标与理念

Japanese Teacher Education Reform in an Era of Social Transformation： Context，Goal and Philosophy

20 世纪80 年代以来，以社会结构急剧变动、教育对象深刻变化、社会对教师和教 师教育信任严重动摇以及教师供求关系发生转变为主要背景，日本展开了一场以提高教师专 业性为根本目标，以新自由主义为基本理念的教师教育改革。在双重压力背景下展开的日本教 师教育改革要取得更大成效，必须要在充分尊重并发挥中小学教师和教师教育机构（包括教师 教育者）的主体性上下足功夫。

Abstract：Since the 1980s，a neo-liberalism teacher education reform aiming at promoting teachers' professionalism has been implemented in Japan in the context of rapid changes of social structures，profound changes among students，severe shaking of public trust on teacher and teacher education and change in the relationship between supply and demand of school teachers. In order for Japanese teacher education reform to make more progress，the subjectivity and autonomy of school teachers and teacher education institutions（including teacher educators） should be highly respected.
