英文摘要 | On January 1, 2014, EU launched the Erasmus+ Program with 14.7 billion Euros as a basic budget. It endeavors to set up a benchmark for internationalization of education and to realize the global strategy of EU higher education before 2020, aimed at winning the future through continually shaping the "Erasmus Generation". Stuck in economic and trust crisis, EU pins its hopes on education. However, three deficiencies stick out a mile, namely the deficiencies in dreams of youthhood, in benchmark effect, and in global vision. Therefore, the essence of EU's international higher education strategy lies in self-redemption in an era of crisis as well as scrambling for talents on a global scale. The following three principles are put forward for EU's self-redemption: focusing on indigenous higher education quality, pursuing the cultivation of global citizenship, and relying on cultural soft power. |
