英文摘要 | The government of the United States initiated an unprecedented wave of state teacherevaluation reform across the count可in the new century. Teacher evaluation policy tied to teacher Effectiveness and student achievement. Most States government has offered a series of teacher evaluatioh acts, reports and programs in recent years. Among these, the representative policy texts include: the Arizona state Framework for Measuring Teacher Effectiveness of; The Colorado state model evaluation system; North Carolina state teacher evaluation process; The Illinois state performance evaluation reform act; The main characteristics of teacher Evaluation policies reform are showed as accountability problem, based on standards, focused on Evidence and driven by government. |
