发展中国家的学校改进研究述评

A Literature Review on the Research about School Improvement in Developing Countries

对发展中国家学校改进的研究，源于发达国家的学校效能和学校改进研究与实践被引入到发展中国家。目前的研究主要集中在四个方面：一是辨识学校改进的关键要素，构建发展中国家学校改进的概念框架；二是对发展中国家学校改进项目的案例研究，提炼学校改进原则和经验；二是探讨由发达国家而来的学校改进研究成果在发展中国家的适切性；四是回顾和总结亚洲、非洲和拉美等地区的学校改进研究和实践。

The research about school improvement in developing countries originates from the introduction of research and practices of school effectiveness and school improvement from developed world to developing countries. The research literatures could be clarified into four areas: (1) identification of the factors which contribute to the improvement of school quality; (2) case studies on the school improvement projects in developing countries; (3) discussions on the appropriateness and relevance of the the。可and models from the European and the American literature to the diverse contexts of developing world; (4) review on the research and practice of school improvement in Asia， Africa and Latin America.
